Title: Hand Throttle

Looking for some help here, just bought a 78 Southwind and it has a foot throttle and i really dont want that i'd prefer to have a hand throttle, where can i buy one or get one???

I have a good friend who only has one leg, we put the MV-3 in his boat (jet) and he loves it...Look at the bottom at the options and they have a kit for the 4300 series cables..

My boat originally came with hand throttle, and last year I converted it to foot. What type of lever do you have? pics? I would be willing to trade.
It works the same as your forward/reverse lever, but both cables hook up to it. Ill post a pic of mine later today

I'm interested I don't have any pictures but I will try and get one in the next few days.. I'm tall and I don't feel like cutting my firewall to move the pedal.

Sorry for the wrong terminalogy.... I guess i should have said " I dont want to cut the carpet and wood piece that is in the front of the boat"
