Control Cable Fitting

Anybody ever tried using one of these for the clamp/bulkhead/grommet/strain relief/connector (did I get all the names?) where your roost/reverser cables pierce the transom?

Steve this is our new "positive seal" offering we manufacture now , comes in black ano , polished and is available to thread into Berk Dom and Jacuzzi as well as a "bulhead Thruhull application too Tom
