This year's host for the 2011 Season Kickoff event is going to be in Parker, AZ and the host for this event will be the BlueWater Resort and Casino.
The dates for this event are March 25-27, 2011.

To book your rooms, call (888) 243-3360 and give them the group rate code SCJB. This will get you a rate of $98 per night plus fee's and taxes. Normally, the rooms are $110/night (plus fees and taxes). The room rate code expires on March 4th, 2011 so please book your rooms promptly.
The Bluewater resort has a lot to offer including a full 24/7 casino, fully stocked bars, live cover band or DJ on weekends w/ dance floor, large pool area with huge water slides, a large Arcade with miniture golf. They also have an RV park if you want to roll in with your RV. They also has a 164 slip marina and lots of parking for boat trailers. There is also a launch ramp at the casino.
Besides the Bluewater, there are several other attractions along the Parker Strip for your entertainment needs.

Parker is bitchen. My family had a house on the water when I was growing up. Cali side in Bluewater. Breakfast at Badnochs was a regular occurrence. I haven't been back there since we got rid of it back around the late 90's. Looking forward to it.

Probably not going to make this one. Dropping all the spare $$$ with RiverDad pimping the Spectra trailer. With the racing at Puddingstone and my wife bugging to go big for my 50th, I think we will probably stay close to home. Plus I have two weeks off in April and school is out Memorial day. I'm gonna get a lot of rivertime this year for sure. :thumbup:
Thinking I may have to spend some time in Casa Aquaholic if Tony doesn't sell before then. 8)

Yeah seems like she is on out team, she was able to lower the rates obviously down to $79 a night, and was able to continue giving the rates to others as long as they have rooms! :thumbup: Last i heard there was 12 rooms booked, and with me and now mark that's 14 rooms!

Rates are great only $25.00 per night for full hookups I said is that the deposit she said no thats the rate i just about shit :thumbup:

I dont think the weather could be any more prefect. It was in the mid 70's and a light breeze. The water was DAMN cold though.
Things I remember:
-Daniel fell out of his bar stool, then later got 86'd out of the bar for spilling on a native.
-Disco Dance Cup
-Making a pass in Nicks boat (fuckin amazing)
-Seeing a beach full of jet boats in front of road runner like it was 1978 all over again
-Daniel taking a header out of my truck
-Daniel and Nick passed out at the bar
Very cool to get to meet FarmerGord, Jammin Mon, Howard19, RiverAbe, The guys in the red/white day cruiser (sorry, I cant remember your names, I was several beers deep)
I didnt get any pictures this weekend. I was on serious vacation mode. I didnt even bring the canopies. I saw Gord's wife taking tons of pictures as well as Jammin Mon's wife got a ton of pics and a bitchin group shot with everyone in it.
Great seeing all of you. Thanks again to Gil and Brenda for letting me slum on their boat and Daniel for letting me crash in your room.
Next tentative event will be in May at possibly the Avi. I will post a feeler for the date/venue later today.

try photobucket.com thats what i use....super simple. after you upload pics onto your photobucket album you just scroll over the photo and a dropdown box comes down below the pic with 4 different codes and then you click on IMG Code and copy and paste onto the scjb thread you are trying to post in.

Had a blast this weekend! finally got the old girl back togeter just in time for the trip felt good to be on the water again. Got some work to do on the motor and pump hopefully nothing to major. gonna pull the motor this on friday and strip her down.
