Its small and the rangers are stupid 30 mph inforced no real beaches

shasta is sweet!!!! stayed there on a house boat for an entire week as a kid.  any  other ideas as to where to go to the lake????

That is a pretty good list but I would have to put Shasta at the top for the scenery.  LSA beats Naci because of the road into Naci sux and the level fluctuates quite a bit.  I haven't boated Don Pedro but driving past it, it sure is one big sum bitch.

Whiskeytown Lake (sort of blows for jets due to rocky shoreline)

Shasta (just awesome)

San Antonio Reservoir

Trinity

Berryessa
