Just thought I'd show a few pics of what I opened up removing the carpet and flooring on my 1978 Taylor DC

That's a small can of worms.....  ;D

Shouldn't bee too bad, but the motor needs to come out....

BTW, swap out that old school Glenwood scoop for anything else and that variable venture deal will come to life....

You got this. Get the foam gone and the boat cleaned up and it will go together in no time. Don't get discouraged... They go really fast once they are  demoed.

Just wasn't expecting it to be this bad I did one last year for a friend it turned out very nice
