part 1. Next is side panels, carpet complete cockpit, add new floor pieces in engine bay, and build matching hatch cover.

I picked up the seats from a guy on RD's. Everything else i'm doing myself. Side panels and hatch will be similar the on in this pic

looking good. and we have arleady planned two mead trips this year so get your boat ready..

side panels built, need to cut holes for speakers, cup holder pods, and compartments. then cover

Yes I am, in a few months, when I can save some cash for it to be covered

You gonna drill a hole for the cables to run under the floor.

built and carpeted new front seat bases. 2" taller, so now the seats fit up to the tpo of the gunnels

Rear seat base rebuilt and carpeted. Added a support brace along the seat back up high, so it does'nt flex any more, plus it gives a support for the hatch latch. The rear seat sits alot lower than the front seats at the top, but its alright because the hatch will come down to the top of the seat and fix the issue. If I recall WCMI does theres that way.:D

Got the carpet laid, seats, speakers installed, ready for a test run! :beer:

nice work, i dig the detail on the accellerator pedal and the diverter handle housing, very original.

With the starting of my new business, my boat budget is pretty much gone, I did this whole transformation for under 300 bucks!

I got this stage of the interior transformation done! Went out on Lake Mead for a nice summer kickoff float with some great friends, and had a blast!

Get the engine cover built and on, call it done. That boat has so much history for you, and to have it as clean as it was, let alone becoming now, WOW brother! :thumbup:

Ray, you know I cant leave it alone quite yet. I still really want to figure out a new exhaust setup. I would like to go to basset TT's but I am ventually ptting a hatch on it, so that wont work for too long. I would really love to put a set of center rise manifolds on it, but finding the cash to buy a pair is proving to be difficult

I know where there is a set or two just layin around.....with chrome pipes too.
