Anybody have any info on the difference a straight snoot may make over a droop.
I understand that it would bring the hardware up out of the water and straighten the exit, which to me
seems like two good things. This is on a flat keel 19 Daytona with approx. 750 - 800 hp, running about
90 mph with an Aggressor mag bronze "B". Thanks for any input. :)

I like the straight snoot they designed and will put this on my Rogers this winter when I do a complete rebuild.

A droop snoot lowers the thrust line resulting in more lift on the bow and less hull in the water given the same wedges and or diverter setting. Every boat is different and what works for one may not be best setup for another. At some point some trial and error is required to find out what works best for you.

I just scored a straight htp off performance and it has a 4 degree pin. I am going to try a couple different options to see which will work best on my hull then sell all remaining parts.
