Title: Best park on lower river?
Post by: babycakes on March 04, 2018, 08:21:43 PM
So i'm picking up a trailer finally this month and i'm looking at different parks to leave it at. Last i looked Mac you had to buy a spot to leave it at. Right now I'm looking at Hidden Beaches and The Cove. Does anyone have any idea on what the community is like at those two spots? I'm a little leery about leaving my boat and 550 there since I'm only going to be there 2-3 weekends per month.

Thanks for the insight.

Also, it's a 1971 trailer and I'm not sure if either of these spots has a rule about how new a trailer has to be.

We stay at the cove. I’m there about 2-3 weekends a month. It’s a good place nice friendly owners and they have everything you need.

I have friends at both parks. I'm partial to the cove because i'm right down the street from me. The age of the trailer might be a problem, I would call and ask.

Trailer age is not a problem I’ve been there for years and still have a space just don’t cause problems (steal or fight etc) and you will be welcome regardless of your trailer or the stuff you bring with you

I’m partial to Lost Lake. We’ve had a mobile home there for 25+ years

Nice guys. Thanks for the recommendations. I ended up with a spot at hidden beaches since they could accommodate with everything I needed. Looking forward to seeing y'all on the water this year!

We really like AZ Oasis in erehnburg. It’s a gated park with a lot of different site options and a nice private launch. Also has its own beach and cool activities during the summer. The staff is really nice as well. It’s located just north of the i10.
