I've had this system for a while now and used it to launch and load my old stand up ski. The winch mounts to your bed or can probably be modified to be removable and the rollers are collapsable for storage. This thing works pretty good and if you don't want to pull a trailer to the river this is the way to go. The standard SCJB offer is all I'm asking
