Hey Ya'll! I am knew to the site and to jets. Im from Dorthy land aka Kansas. I bought my bubble deck last summer and in the process of dumping $$$$$ into it. Its a 75 Bayon Bubble deck made in Redding cali. Has a Berk JA pump, and craptastic 455 olds. I had it on the lake last year and it laid down on me more than i had good times in it. When i bought the boat all it had was the pump and guages. I bought antohter jet for the Craptastic 455. Plan is to get motor running right. Parts bouhgt to date Holley 750, "my main problem last summer", Set of Ka heads"headed to machine shop", Valve covers, hardin logs"dealing on some OT headers", 4 point mount, block off plates, ect. ect.
Im looking at epoxy paints!! Any advice. My redneck automotive paint turned out like SH**. and will be looking at paint next winter. Just want to get it water ready for the summer.
Also looking for a place diverter. Tom sells a kit cheap but budget dictates a good deal if there are any here?! I can only hide so much of my pay check from the ole lady!

Welcome, I'm looking for a diverter myself but not too many out there right now. Did you plan to use a 455 or was that just what you came across? There are better motors out there especially if you are going to build power into it, just say'n. Keep the pics coming on the progress.
