Are these just the flappers, or flanges too? also, what's the O.D. on em?

I used plastic cup holders cut 1" down and shaved the top outer rim in two spots to fit as you cant just buy the plastic part...

The standard cheapo plastic cups in wht or blk should fit in the stock hole. At least they did for me.
