Title: Manual Place Diverter - Almost a Virgin - $350
Post by: Stevecat on April 25, 2011, 09:34:21 PM
There it sits in the pictures - freshly extracted out of the arse of my boat. It saw 1 brief season of use up in cool, clean Oregon waters (where all jetboat parts thrive in the mineral and regulation free environment). No control handle, but control cables come with it (if you want them).

This diverter is currently located in Fallbrook, CA and I can ship anywhere and deliver for free in OC or SD County.

PM me or call 503-957-6954  :)

Wow havin a hard time getting used to the new functionality of this website. Sorry that I have not responded ... the Diverter is still for sale. The transom is also for sale. The pump will eventually be for sale. The ad currently is attempting to sell the Diverter for $350. IMO this is a sweet deal about $.50 on the dollar for something that will cost you serious coin new.

Hah sorry to hear about your too close encounter with our friends the floating logs. We are just as surprised when we boat in AZ/CA/NV and hit a dead body.  ;) :o

Some of you have been asking what size bowl my diverter will fit. I thought I could read the ID plate on my pump but it is impossible from age/fading/poor stamp/bad eyesight. I also thought I had the paperwork from Place when I bought it but nope.  :banghead:

So here are some closeups of the diverter off the pump and the end of the bowl. I remember I had to grind some bosses down on the diverter to fit the inside of the bowl outlet. Hope that helps you guys ID my bowl enough.[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3][attachimg=4][attachimg=5]

Still for sale. I called Place Diverter today and they said my rig will fit any other Berk style bowl. All that is required are some flat washers if your bowl has the flat bosses inside.
