Stainless round tank straps/brackets in great shape, bought them and they wont work for my boat-$75+ship

Hey bro' can you get me a correct I..D. on the fuel tank mounts? Am guessing 8" tank dia.  Also...how tall is the scoop. Both may be exactly what I want. Shipping to Reno NV.
