Very clean and well taken care of travel trailer located on a beautiful and large space at McIntyre Park on the Colorado River. Sleeps 6 (master bedroom, couch and dinette). Cold and ducted A/C. New 110v refrigerator. Nice Bose sound system. Very roomy and open floor plan...perfect family trailer. Less then 100 mi on tires and chassis. Large space and room for your boat and PWC's. Nice concrete slab, with large canopy, outdoor shower and shed. McIntyre space rent is $350/mo. Was bought new and put on river space and never towed since. Might consider selling trailer only for right price. Clean title and turn key

Tons of room and parking. Prime spot in the park. There are cheaper in the park but great spots are hard to come by!

Its gotta go. New winter price $12.5k. That's half of whats it worth in the summer!
