Doc this is the absolute wrong time of year for me to be handicapped for 4 or 5 days (access to work bays) The area super says : "its the cost of doing business" My atty says " its bullsh*t and called "contructive eviction" and interference with anticipated commerce" , Geezus H ....! Oh well the potential new digs are less $ more parking and much bigger Tom

So this is what happens when you piss your landlord off I guess , my Atty says its called "contructive eviction" (they make it miserablble for you) Me Josh and Rhonda have been chokin on dust for the last three days !

Just keep those cameras pointed out in the parking lot so when one of those loaders hits a boat you have proof. Spray the dirt down once and while and hopefully it wont be so dusty. Good luck Tom
