:) was in Blythe last sat.it was at the end of a perf day..wife wanted to drive the boat one last time going up river not to far past the 10fwy...so i tell her to hit it so she does... so as she's letting off the gas doing maybe 55 :o we hit a wake..we go one way boat go's the other she flys my way as i hit the side of the boat breaking 5 ribs,small laceration to kidney as we both go in the drink,,they airlifted me to palm springs hospital spent 4 days there. as for the wife she has lots of bumps and bruises....

how bad did it scare her? poor thing she's probably never going to drive it again or at least not that fast.
Other than the broken ribs, internal bleeding,stress of it all... how was the helicopter ride? ;D

She said she didn't want to get back in it..told her u fall off you have to get back on it...the helly ride suck was strapped down to a back broad.. ;D

Glad you're both ok. You'll be back in the boat as soon as you heal up....and you'll both be better drivers.

Holy cow... Well at least it's all healable injuries. Glad to hear your both doing okay now. This kind of stuff always worries me, that's why I want to get my girl very used to the boat. And yeah there is a lot of stuff to watch out for out there, even mote so with all those big a55 wakeboard boats.

Frist thing i look to c if my wife was ok,someone was already there to help her so I swam back to the boat and climbed up on the deck two guys then came and help me back to the launch ramp...after all this I'll be wearing a life jacket...

glad to hear you and your wife are ok!!! dam!!! You know i have been looking into wearing a vest anytime im moving in a boat too!!! lifeline makes some nice ones!!!
