Pulled the cover off, found bad battery...it lived a good 8 year life, even lived for a few years after spending the night underwater.  Put new battery, fired it up.  Changed waterpump and lower unit oil, put cover back on

Ordered a AN water dump to evac motor out n run 2 existing dumps for builge and a fuse block from dana marine not to customer friendly though had questions n he just told me to go online n order
