Well we are getting ready to head out from Bakersfield and make our way to the river. Got the boat cleaned up and truck is packed. Got a fake beer cooler for the boat and the real beer cooler for the room? we will be running down river to Pirates tomorrow launching from the Avi in the morning. Never ran that section of river from Avi to Needles so most likely we will float in the morning. I will post pictures of our trip

Pro tip-
While gas (weed eater) powered blenders make quick work for a tasty cold refreshing margarita, they are not recommended in the rooms at the AVI.

I don?t understand lol are you talking about outboards? I know the 455 olds is on its 5th season but I will still get a few of them weed eaters ? here are some more pictures

Yes we always have fun at the events? and the events are our vacations save money all year round to go to the river. We have one more trip in October and then done for the season
