Title: Setting in and out water valves

This is my very first boat, and need help figuring out how to adjust the in and out water valves correctly.

This is easy , the valve that is coming off the pump is to control water temp in ur block . Run the valve closed and then turn it back to about half , the one on the other side will help with the temp as well as u want to keep the water in long enough to have heat transfer. Now if the other valve is for the headders then u don’t open them till the motor is running and switch the valve closed when u about to shut down .
