Removing Rub Rail

I looking at removing the rub rail off my boat. Whats the best way to remove the rivets and whats an easy way to fill the holes to I can paint the boat?

There is a little bit more to it , when you take off the rubrail you are going to find a HUGE seam all the way around the boat. Some companys were better at doing the seam than others , so you might be looking at a BIG project.

Thanks for the info. I guess Ill leave it for now tell next winter. Now I just need to get the top painted white and get rid of the flames up front.
