The closest hotels are about a 1/2 hour away  But I think Marc knows of the beach huts.

you can rent houses too. Like I did. They sleeps 6 people and one sleeps 12 peps. Three day ago they had all the house steel for rent. only one was rented mine I would rent it now and if you cant go, just call and cancel it (costs $10 to do) with in 10 day of the trip

If I get my motor done in time, I will be at Big River that weekend. There will be lots of fast boats there that weekend. They are having the 2nd annual unofficial CP Regatta that weekend. You don't need a CP to go either.
