Holy god that boat is waaayy too fukin fast. Scared the shit out of me again... I have videos this time. A lot of me whimpering and cursing lol. Anyways brought the beast home this time. Still leaking oil just don't know where yet. O my god I hope I get used to this boat. I noticed that it flexes ALOT... is that normal?

Good to hear you had fun.  Too fast is right where you want to be.  You can grow into your boat easier than your wallet growing to fit your desire for speed.

Re the flex, I had a Regatta flat bottom that flexed so much that with your foot flat on the hull (no floor), you could feel the ripples in the water through the hull.

Finally got it wet Sunday had issues with the alternator witch mad for some laughs and possible boat names. Meet up with Phil aka rustinelinator and Jason aka roadrunner and his girl Jessica some cool cat Toby his girl and friend and some others from the forum. So impressed with how this thing rides. Can't wait to hit some smooth water with it. Heading back to pyramid Saturday gonna head out much earlier than last time. Now some pics

 mounted the place diverted pump today and drilled a new hole in the dash to add a second toggle switch for the bilge pump oh and did some grinding on the fiberglass on the tanks to retab them

So I did not do a damn thing to the Hallett today.  I modified my kitchen cabinets to accommodate a new refrigerator.
I will wash the sides of the boat and trailer on Sunday.  Mechanically the boat should be OK.
Hopefully Danny will remember to bring my buffer to me on Sunday.
I got back from Texas on Tuesday from my Mom's funeral, life goes on. 
I hope everything is good with all my boating brethren.

Toasted our new rebuilt motor on it's 2nd time out. Over heated blew a bearing and rod knock. So we are done this season, trying to decied on what to do. 8k into the boat and 2 days on the lake. No idea what to do just confused, maybe just unload it as it is and start over **** who knows.

Anyone hve a Dana open bow they Wana traded or weed whacked  haha
