This reminds me of a time changing my son at 6 months or so.
He had an upset tummy. I thought it was safe.... set him on the counter...
got him all detailed and just when I went to put the new diaper on he projectile poops!!!!!
It got on the wall, my arm and face,and the counter. EEwww
